Integration
Auto Disclaimer integrates tightly with your organization's email server and provides a central location where to configure disclaimers. Because it runs on the email server, there is no client plugin to install. It works with all email clients currently used in your organization.
It can be deployed and activated very quickly. It is designed to work seamlessly with, and plug directly into your Sendmail or Postfix-based email server, including Zimbra.
In addition, it integrates with Google Apps and can set users' Gmail signatures.

Personalization and branding
Disclaimers may be personalized to the sender based on information held in Active Directory/LDAP. Any property stored there can be referred to by disclaimers, and is tracked by Auto Disclaimer.
Disclaimer templates can be tailored to your organization's specific needs. Emails are modified transparently to include images, corporate logos or any other type of graphic. They can be inserted inline in HTML messages.

Flexibility
